OARS results

The OARS website has become a venue to highlight and make available several of the research products and human resource tools that have been developed over the past several years.

The products and services of OARS training, Inc. generally fall into two main categories. Both support enhanced employability and job attachment. A majority of projects are focussed on the most vulnerable people in the labour market pool. NB – Please note that some of the older materials refer to Aboriginals or Aboriginal people. All of OARS materials from March 2009 use the correct term, First Nations Inuit or Metis people.

  • Research – Includes products, reports and models that support policy structure and impact. This category of information is most applicable to government agencies, policy makers, researchers, First Nation community leadership and system designers.
  • HR Tools – This group of products includes human resource tools, samples and strategies that present the practical application of the research. This area will appeal most to employers, trainers, process facilitators, practitioners, community colleges and non-profit agencies.

The collection of available products will be updated and expanded on a regular basis so continue to check the website for the new materials.

If you think that OARS might be a good fit for your organization and would like to discuss a project further, please contact us.
